Amy Alejo
Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern
About Amy
I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern with experience helping children, adolescents, & adults navigate a wide range of challenges, including grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, & life transitions. While I work with diverse populations, I also specialize in supporting survivors of suicide, offering guidance & care in the healing process. I provide culturally sensitive therapy for immigrants & refugees, addressing challenges like cultural transitions, adjusting to new environments, & trauma recovery. As a Spanish speaker, I support the Latino community by providing care that honors their experiences and promotes healing.

I provide psychotherapy with a collaborative approach, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions and work toward meaningful change. Using evidence based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help individuals develop practical tools to manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

Whether you are looking to overcome past challenges, strengthen relationships, or gain clarity and purpose, I am here to assist you. I look forward to accompanying you on your journey toward joy, balance, and fulfillment.
