As a licensed clinical therapist with over 15 years of experience, Carline is dedicated to helping clients achieve their mental health goals through evidence-based practices and a collaborative approach to therapy. She earned her Master of Social Work from Lehman College in New York, where she developed a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client-centered care.

My Therapy Approach:
Carline draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy. She works closely with clients to create customized treatment plans that target their specific needs and goals. Carline believes in fostering a non-judgmental, supportive environment for healing and growth. She strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
In My Spare Time:
Outside of work, Carline enjoys cooking, reading, travelling and spending quality time with her family. She is passionate about the importance of community and makes it a priority to stay actively engaged.
My Availability:
Carline is currently accepting new clients, with a focus on couples wanting to build and strengthen their relationships, and offers in-person sessions at our Brandon location.
