Lori is a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Flagler College and Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Her passion is to help people navigate life challenges and overcome life’s hardships. She fervently believes in and desires to see people receive support that allows them to live a more meaningful, peaceful, and joy filled life.

My Therapy Approach:

Lori takes an eclectic and holistic approach to therapy, tailoring her methods to meet each individual's unique personality and needs. She draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, she incorporates Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Expressive Arts, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Narrative Therapy (NT), and Person-Centered Therapy. Lori also utilizes a Strength-Based perspective, Therapeutic Play, and Trauma-Focused approaches, ensuring a comprehensive and culturally sensitive treatment for each client.

In My Spare Time:

In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, reading, engaging in personal growth, traveling, and being outdoors in nature.

 

My Availability:

Lori is currently accepting new clients for individual clients for online sessions and in-person sessions at the Brandon location.
