My Therapy Approach:

Amy became a therapist because, as a Latina, she recognized the need for more representation in her community. Driven by a desire to create a space where individuals with similar backgrounds could feel seen and understood, she aimed to provide culturally relevant and compassionate support. Her goal is to empower others to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Outside of work, Amy loves weightlifting, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She’s also passionate about traveling and broadening her perspective on the world.

Amy is currently accepting new clients for individual clients for online sessions and in-person sessions at the Brandon location.
